ORDERING & SHIPPING:

We are a small business, we handcraft all of our products, package and ship them ourselves. Order fulfillment may take 48-72 hours after your order has been placed.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation number. We will maintain legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made and such payment has been received by Anchor Herbs.  Legal ownership of the goods will automatically revert back to Anchor Herbs, if we refund any such payment back to you. As soon as you receive the products, you will assume all risk and responsibility for your products.

We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses provided to us. Please ensure that your correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible if your package does not arrive due to an incorrect address being entered when order is placed online.  If a package is returmed to us because of an incorrect address being entered by the buyer, the buyer will have the option to have the package reshipped at the buyer’s expense.  Anchor Herbs, does not accept any responsibility for any delayed delivery caused by any third party.

 

DAMAGES & RETURNS:

We are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Our products are natural and as a result, they are more susceptible to fluctuations in temperature.  Once you receive your products, it’s best if you store them in a dry, cool area out of direct sunlight.

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING:

All payments are in U.S. dollars.  We use secure third party processors for all transactions which accept most credit cards.  We do not process payments in house and we never see your credit number.  We offer a wide range of payment options for our customers purchasing items via our website.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

We do not collect your information for our own sales purposes, nor will we ever sell your information to anyone else. If you want to receive our newsletter, you need to sign up for it on our website. We will not fill your inbox, and we will not allow others to do the same.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We process all orders within 48-72 hours if placed before 3p.m. EST. If you wish to cancel an order before it has left our facility, simply email us. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed and returned by our third-party credit card processing company. If the order has already left our facility, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to have items returned to us. Once it is returned, we will refund to you the total minus all outbound and return shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
