Our Story

        It all began with a simple but deeply personal mission to help care for my mother's skin after she suffered a stroke in 2019 which led to renal failure.  As a result, she began hemodialysis treatments three days a week and over time, we noticed dramatic changes in her skin, including severe dryness, persistent itching, and areas of hyperpigmentation.

     Determined to find gentle, natural solutions that could bring her relief, I began studying herbalism and spent countless hours learning about the medicinal benefits of herbs and plant-based ingredients for the skin. As my knowledge grew, I further expanded it by earning a diploma in natural skincare formulation so I could create products specifically designed to support my mother's skin care needs. My goal was simple: to make products that were safe, nourishing, and effective. 

     After developing several small batches of soaps, body creams and lotions, I shared them with family and friends who were experiencing their own skin challenges—from medication side effects, dialysis treatments, chronic dryness or just in need for some true skin nourishment and care. The positive feedback was overwhelming, and it inspired me to take a leap of faith and turn my passion into something larger. I began selling our products at local craft fairs and markets and garnered plenty of happy, satisfied customers.

    Today, AnchorHerbs is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to creating high- quality body care and wellness products. Our products are thoughtfully formulated to address common skin concerns: dry and itchy skin, uneven skin tone, and wrinkled and deeply dehydrated skin.  Each Anchor Herbs product is carefully crafted using herbal-infused oils, plant-based extracts, butters, floral waters, and other natural botanicals chosen for their medicinal and restorative properties. Our goal is to help bring the beauty back to your skin by replenishing moisture, restoring balance, and naturally nourishing the skin.
